I was intermittently using the MI Paste Plus after brushing and flossing before I discovered this new product. I now use this toothpaste version of the MI Paste every day. My routine is very minimally changed by incorporating this product, no extra steps! Just have to remember not to rinse it out afterwards, so easy!
