Claims Regarding Orders

All claims regarding orders, such as missing, incorrect items, and other claims must be submitted within 7 days from the time of purchase. No exceptions, including vacation and/or other explanations for the delay, will be accepted in lieu of this requirement.

Refunds, Exchanges, Returns

Returns cannot be accepted for personal care products.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from BleachRefill.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Re-Stocking Fees

In the event that items are returned for any reason, customer shall be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus any and all shipping/handling fees.
