I was intermittently using the MI Paste Plus after brushing and flossing before I discovered this new product. I now use this toothpaste version of the MI Paste every day. I have been using this toothpaste the GC MI Paste ONE-Mint and it has really helped my teeth to keep from breaking and chipping. My teeth feel alot stronger and it has helped to restore the enamel that was wearing off. It also cleans my teeth very well. I would highly recommend this toothpaste to anyone. It is a little more expensive than regular toothpaste but it is well worth the price for the difference it makes.Quality
